Well I bought a chevy suburban from them 4-15-2017 and the finance went Thur and now is been 9 days now and still can't get a title from this dealer and will not answer the phone or return the phone call. Buyer beware. And the financial company has call them to and won't return there phone call ether. Finally received the title. Doug the salesman said they got a new title from the DMV and it still the same title as the copy they had gave me.

It was an out of state purchase and I did the financing through Westlake Financial and it was a pain in the but to get the loan done when I didnt have all the information I asked for and I had to register the car in Wisconsin. First time for that so it did take a little to long. In the long run it did not cost him anything and he isnt crying about how good of a deal he got the truck for and how good of condition it was in. It was my fault it did take too long but it was completed properly and everything was taken care of within 7 days.
He made the decision and purchase go very smoothly. I ended up having transmission problems a month after having the truck. Alex was very cooperative and got me the best deal to fix it. I would highly recommend island city and Alex.
