If your dispatch puts you in here you'd better have a day or more to kill. The excuse... They have to put everything away, Before they can get you loaded. For real? I had a 9am scheduled pick up. Not 9 pm but 9am. Good luck to those of you coming in, I won't be back! For the record I only have two pallets on in 12 hours. I have not been abrasive to anyone.
What a great bunch of people! One of the best experiences I have had at a shipper in a long time! Need to work on their appointments though. I checked in at 18:40 For a 20:00 appointment. I was given a door right away and then I sat in that door for 3 hours before they started working on my load. Shippers need to understand that drivers are now on electronic logbooks. And they need to work accordingly so they don't cause delays in shipments.
No complaints unloaded me in about hour & half. Signs say no overnight parking. Easy backing & they open doors from inside. Petro about 7 miles away. I needed a 5-digit confirmation number to check in the gate.
Friendly worker's. Unloaded us reasonably fast within 2 hour window. Decent restroom for driver's.
Word of advice, bring food for at least 1 meal, maybe 2, you never know.
This place reminds me of Americold in Darien, WI. I have been here 5 hours since my appointment and still working on me. The most interesting fact I found out about those guys is that they are completly clueless asking for 34 cont temp while nobody is loading and even more while outside temp is 33. Highly ridiculous.
